I found Amber, PJ, and Chad to be two-dimensional and somewhat forgettable. It came as an “extra” in a batch farria books I got through eBay. I’m not quite sure about this.
And here I was rooting for Drea to die. It’s up to Stacey to help Drea survive by using the witchcraft and simple spells her grandmother taught her, from creating a protection jar to pyschic dreams. And she’s a witch. Sure, I think some of the characters were well-written, but others were very shallow and I really didn’t see any growth.

And her torment, because he was her best friend’s ex, who she still thought she loved. I think the author was trying to write a book similar to a teen horror movie. May 17, Trisha rated it liked it Shelves: With that said, I felt like the author placed a greater emphasis on the plot, rather than the characters. I believed the overall idea of the series was good with Stacey having these premonition dreams, but the characters were very weird and sometimes lacking development along with the writing seeming as if it came from a bad fanfiction in some places.
Drea also gets annoyed with Stacy when she spends time with Chad, and that results in a major fight between Stacy and Drea. It’s real, and there’s duality to it–good and evil, real and counterfeit–and, to me, Wicca falls under the counterfeit counter.

It seems unbelievable that only one student at this stklarz prep school has a cell phone Stacy starts having nightmares about her friend Drea being fzria. It’s probably not fair to this book that I’m also reading Daphne du Maurier’s Rebecca because the comparison between the two is like night and day. See all 4 questions about Blue is for Nightmares….

In the end, it turns out that Donnovan was the one who was threatening Drea from the beginning. All her friends are preoccupied with their own problems.
