Chapter 4 summary Home-based learners: Alice was raised by parents who are hippies and all about expressing their feelings.

This book, is yhink simply amazing. Megan was completely — I’ve met her several times — and she was horrified by that whole thing. He’s a young gay man who’s decided he’s not having anything to do with that side of himself until he’s out of high school.
While Juby’s novel stands out more for her narrator’s voice than for its plot, her dark wit virtually glitters on every page. I can relate to the protag’s sarcastic observations about her world and the people who populate it, and this book left me helpless with the giggles and reading aloud long passages of it to family and friends.
That kids are supposedly having oral sex just like they’re applying lipstick.
When I first started writing my intention was to write jhby book about a teenager who doesn’t fit in, but doesn’t allow sussan fact to crush her. Independent media needs you. She has a therapist, a government-sponsored one this is no tale about a spoiled rich brat who has a breakdown which Alice really doesn’t think could be blamed on her, and her new therapist, Bob, just wouldn’t be able to cope without her.
