I’d like to read this book on Vbq Don’t have a Kindle? It is the first book I would buy. What other items do customers buy after viewing this item? It contains a few basics, some pointers and a handful of recipes. McPeake’s techniques are very useful to anyone who enjoys nbq meats and his recipes are amazing. There are some good recipes but this guy put very little effort into this book, it’s as if he whipped it up over a weekend and and sent it to the press with no editing.

Still, a “must have” resource for the pitmaster’s collection.

I have now cooked several different items out of the book and all of them have tasted great and were easy to prepare with the use of this book. Other sections in the book discuss cooking temperature, etc.
