Therein lies the rub. This book like all of her books is written in a way that even a child could read it. Perhaps the most simple self-book Nohhing have ever read, though, it’s a book to read again and take notes.

It is very important that something be wrong so we can continue to survive it. This book changed my life. The voices in your head are yours and you can talk back to them. Cheri’s book is an easy read. Only 20 days shipping!
I think it’s helpful Brian Satterfield I’m not saying the ebook doesn’t exist. As someone who constantly thinks I’m doing something wrong and worries about making the wrong choice, this was very helpful.

There Is Nothing Wrong with You: I’m very grateful to her for 1 sharing Cheri Huber’s book with me and 2 reminding me to be mindful. It’s like having a microscope.

I think the most important point in the book is “Whenever a voice in your head is not speaking to you with love and compassion – don’t believe it!
This book reveals the origin of self-hate, how self-hate works, how to identify it, and nothingg to go beyond it.
This book can help you get out of your comfort zone and stop sabotaging yourself. Huber explains how we have been taught to believe there is something wrong with us, and how we believe it is a good thing to look for faults in ourselves, hate ourselves for having them, and punish ourselves until we “change”. The first thought is exclusionary “oh, this doesn’t really apply to ME. I’m kicking myself for not reading it soonerhaha, just kidding! I can’t recommend it enough.
