For the purposes of this study, the views of one individual are taken to be a reasonable representation of the views of all staff in the organisation particularly if that person eylt direct or indirect involvement with the daily operations of the service.

Following a period of familiarisation, each service is eyf to develop their own strategy to implement the framework, taking their own unique circumstances into consideration. The EYLF is a national framework which guides early childhood educators in developing fylf early childhood programs.
