I bought this cookbook at Christmas and I am just about to start my first attempt at macarons! These cookies are light and fluffy and pretty and tiny and notoriously ,ove — it’s perfectly logical that the book devoted to them be exactly the same. The recipe for buttercream is, if olve bit involved, quite foolproof.
